Smoky BBQ-Spiced Pork Chops
with Creamy String Bean & Potato Salad
In anticipation of potato salad season—otherwise known as picnic season—we bring you a spring version designed to warm your heart right at home. Throw together fresh-boiled baby potatoes, still-crisp sautéed string beans and crunchy celery. Then coat them in a sweet cider vinaigrette made creamy with mayonnaise and gently spiked with flavours of ancho chilies and whisky. All that’s left to do is slather those meaty chops in a smoky apple BBQ sauce and have yourself an indoor picnic.
