Mise en place
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Set the dough aside to come up to room temperature. Thinly slice the zucchini crosswise on an angle. Core and thinly slice the sweet pepper crosswise. In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini, sweet pepper, vinegar and S&P.

Cook & coat the beef
In a medium pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high. Add the beef*; season with ½ the spices and S&P. Cook, breaking up the meat, 4 to 6 min., until browned and cooked through. Add ¼ of the tomato sauce and 2 tbsp water (double for 4 portions). Cook, stirring frequently, 1 to 2 min., until slightly reduced.

Assemble the pizza
On a well-oiled sheet pan, roll or spread the dough to the size of your pan and press into place, making sure there are no thin patches (about ¾ inch thickness). Spread with the remaining tomato sauce. Top with the cheese, vegetables (drain before adding), beef, remaining spices and S&P.
