Create a golden-crisp exterior on slices of halloumi cheese: dip them in beaten egg to give shards of spiced panko something to cling to, before pan-frying for shattering crunch. Contrast comes from cushioned burger buns smoothed with aioli spiced with our Bell Peppers & Garlic blend, and feathered with baby greens.
