Honey-Sesame Garnish
Let it snow for the holidays! Or at least let there be white pizza! Instead of tomato sauce on this springy dough, labneh whirled with roasted garlic and spices lays down a base. Showcase seasonal veggies—kalette (kale sprouts) and butternut squash—with a honey-sesame finish.

- 15g Minced roasted garlic
- 60g Grated mozzarella
- 60ml Labneh
- 454g Pizza dough
- 9g Black & white sesame seeds
- 7.5g Bell Pepper & Olive spices (garlic, red bell pepper, dried black olives, basil, oregano, salt, parsley, lemon, sunflower oil, black pepper)

Preparation
Mise en place
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Set the dough aside to come up to room temperature.
- Halve the kalette if large.
Sauté the vegetables
- In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium.
- Add the squash, kalette and ½ the spices. Sauté, 3 to 5 min., until tender; season with black pepper.
Make the sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the labneh, garlic, 1 tbsp water (double for 4 portions), the remaining spices and black pepper.
Assemble the pizza
- On a well-oiled sheet pan, roll or stretch the dough out to a ½ inch thickness for a thick crust or ⅛ inch for a thin crust.
- Spread with the sauce.
- Top with the cheese and vegetables.
- Drizzle with oil.
Bake the pizza
- Bake the pizza on the bottom rack of the oven, 14 to 16 min., until the dough is golden brown.
- Transfer to a cutting board.
- Drizzle with the honey and garnish with the sesame seeds.
- Cut into wedges.
Plate your dish
- Divide the pizza between your plates. Bon appétit!
