You’ll tackle these tacos in no time: 10 minutes of cooking takes you to the finish line. And the bonus is that cleanup is equally quick, since you’re only using one pan. Get the ground pork sizzling with soft chunks of butternut squash and aromatic garlic. Drop the mix onto warm tortillas smeared with tangy-sweet pineapple chili sauce. Snap your fingers and a side salad of crisp string peas and radishes comes together just like that.

  • 200g Diced butternut squash

Cook the pork & squash
In a large pan, heat a generous drizzle of oil on medium-high. Add the garlic and squash. Sauté, 1 to 2 min., until fragrant. Add the pork*; season with the spices and S&P. Cook, breaking up the meat, 4 to 6 min., until cooked through and tender.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the radishes. Halve the string peas crosswise on an angle. In a medium bowl, make the salad by combining the radishes, string peas, vinegar, a drizzle of oil and S&P.

Warm the tortillas
Wrap the tortillas in a slightly dampened paper towel. On a plate, microwave, in 10 sec. increments, until warm.

Plate your dish
Divide the tortillas between your plates. Spread with the pineapple chili sauce. Top with the pork, squash and salad. Bon appétit!
