Drum roll please! Presenting some of the best chicken breasts you’ve ever tasted. That’s thanks to the double deliciouness of ranch seasonings and Grana Padano, and the crisping action of the air fryer. Meanwhile, the veggie sides are getting ready in the oven.

  • 300g Green beans (or string peas)
  • 450g Potatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 40g Panko
  • 25g Grana Padano (contains rennet)
  • 6g Back at the Ranch spices (chives, parsley, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, kosher salt)

Preparation

Start the potatoes

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly oil the basket.

  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise into ½ inch wedges.

  • On a lined sheet pan, toss with a drizzle of oil, ⅓ of the spices and S&P.

  • Roast, flipping halfway, 15 to 18 min., until beginning to soften.

Prepare the chicken

  • Meanwhile, mince the garlic.

  • Pat the chicken* dry; season with the remaining spices and S&P.

  • In a large bowl, microwave 2 tbsp butter (double for 4 portions) and ½ the garlic, in 15 sec. increments, until melted.

  • In a second large bowl, combine the cheese and panko.

  • Working one at a time, coat the chicken in the garlic butter (letting any excess drip off), then in the cheese-panko mixture (pressing to adhere).

Fry the chicken

  • Place the chicken* in the air fryer and fry, flipping and lightly oiling halfway, 12 to 16 min., until browned and cooked through.

Finish the potatoes & roast the green beans

  • Meanwhile, remove the stem ends of the green beans.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the green beans, remaining garlic, a drizzle of oil and S&P.

  • When the potatoes are beginning to soften, add the green beans and roast, 5 to 8 min., until crisp-tender.

Plate your dish

  • Divide the potatoes, green beans and chicken between your plates. Bon appétit!
