The peppery flavour of watercress (so-called because this delicate dark leafy green is an aquatic plant) is the perfect counterpoint to sweet hickory seasonings and BBQ sauce. Those flavours emanate from our vegetarian version of sloppy joes, lusciously stuffed into warm hamburger buns.
