Preparation

Mise en place
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Set the dough aside to come up to room temperature.
- Mince the garlic.
- Halve, core and small-dice both types of peppers.

Cook the sausage meat
- In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high.
- Add the garlic and sauté, 30 sec. to 1 min., until fragrant.
- Add the sausage meat* and cook, breaking up the meat, 4 to 6 min., until golden brown and cooked through.

Bake the pizzas & serve
- On the back of 2 well-oiled sheet pans, roll or spread each dough out to a ½ inch thickness to make round pizza pies.
- Spread with the tomato sauce.
- Top with both types of peppers, the sausage meat and cheese, making sure the cheese reaches the edges.
- Bake the pizzas, 16 to 20 min., until the dough is golden and the vegetables are cooked through.
- Divide the pizzas (cut into wedges) between your plates. Bon appétit!
*Health Canada recommends cooking ground pork to a minimum internal temperature of 71°C.
